Job Summary

We are looking for Software Engineer with strong experience in TypeScript and React. Our projects are built in Serverless way with 100% Infrastructure as Code. You have to be self-motivated, well organised and have strong passion for the quality of your solution!

Currently we work 100% remote, however we are looking for candidate near Cracow, as we do plan to open office in Cracow.

Candidate must be able to work partially in US timezone (for example starting work between 9-11 am Polish time).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the engineering manager, engineering team, and product team to understand and implement requirements and tech specs

• Identify opportunities for architecture improvements and system optimisation and help to deliver them

• Architect new systems and design APIs with a focus on testability, and maintainability

• Drive high engineering standards on the team through code review, automated testing, and mentoring. We care what our code looks like, and you should too

• Reinvent a broken experience and disrupt a legacy industry through novel and scalable product design.

Candidate Background

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development (in our tech stack)

• A background in programming on the web and/or mobile development, and a natural curiosity about learning new technologies

• Hands on experience in the cloud, preferably in AWS

• Curiosity and business acumen, and an ability to learn and take on new opportunities

• Ability to use AI tools to optimize workflow

• Good communication in English & Polish languages,

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
