We are seeking to hire an experienced Technical Project Manager for CouponFollow – a US-based company in the B2C e-commerce space – at their office in Toruń.

Right now we’re working with CouponFollow, a US-based company from e-commerce space, which is focused on helping customers save money during online shopping. They are also responsible for the Cently browser extension, that saves consumers millions of dollars every month.
In this role you’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing the backlog, planning the sprints, making sure that all the tickets are estimated and prioritized, figuring out the velocity, and removing bottlenecks during the sprint retrospective. In other words, you will be a development process owner and will take control of control over the project and work.

About you:
- you have at least 3 years experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master or a Product Owner;
- excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to understand and support team members;
- expertise in project management methods;
- experience with JIRA issue tracking tool and Confluence team collaboration software;
- ability to think critically and work without supervision;
- your written and spoken English communication skills are very good.
