Salary: $4,000 – $5,200 USD/mo (B2B invoice) 15 000 – 20 000 PLN/mo
Location: Toruń, Bydgoszcz or 100% remote

Right now we’re working with CouponFollow, a US-based company from e-commerce space, that helps over 4 millions savvy shoppers save money and make better purchase decisions every month. They are also responsible for the Cently browser extension, that saves consumers millions of dollars every month. The site is running on C# .NET & MS tech stack (SQL Server, Windows Server) and there is a 6-people engineering team in Toruń working on the solution with additional support of remote developers on the browser extension. The team employs good practices around testing, test automation, CI/CD with Team City and Octopus
The team at CouponFollow is very serious about the reliability and performance of their products and they need your help to take their DevOps efforts to the next level. If you join the team your daily activities will include:
- implementing a new reliable & easy to scale architecture for the CouponFollow system
- introducing a zero-downtime deployment strategy
- improving the release frequency
- decomposition of the existing solution
- providing DevOps support for new and ongoing development tasks

About you:
- your written and spoken English communication skills are very good
- you’ve done DevOps/DevOpsSec/SysOps/related for about 5 years (development experience counts too)
- you have experience working with TeamCity and Octopus
- you’ve managed IIS servers
- you have managed high load SQL Server instances
Bonus points:
- development experience
- exposure to Cloud & PaaS environments
- familiarity and passion for other DevOps tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, HashiCorp suite)
- you live in close proximity to the office in Toruń and are able to visit every once in a while
