Job description
We outsource ITspecialists to projects conducted by our clients, ensuring all formal duties related to their employment, settlements or trainings. Our specialists work for the projects delivered for clients in the Western Europe, work locally and/or by sharing their time between the location of the Client and remote work.
Currently we are looking for candidates interested in a position a of:

Duties:
- Administer, monitor and troubleshoot IP communication Services
- Maintain and inventory of IP Network property and assets
- Update the technical documentation and operating procedures
- Mounts the equipment
- Provide 2nd line support to company system and networks users
- Administer and monitor IP telephony Solutions
Requirements:
- One of more Cisco Associate level or higher certification
- A level of post-secondary education assested by a diploma
- At least 2 years hands-on experience with IP Networking technologies, prefeably with Cisco devices
- Presents excellent command of English, at least at B2 level
- Holds sound understanding of TCP/IP networks protocols
- Presents very good knowledge of routing and switching technology
- Experience in administering multiple interconnected Layer 2 devices
- Experience in administering IP telephony Solutions
- Good communication skills, both technical and non-technical
