Our Culture
- We are a distributed team of professionals working in as async way as it's possible. We understand, though, that in complex cases, there is nothing better than a video call to get everybody on the same page quickly.
- We value the benefits that come from flexible working hours and environments. You are therefore free to choose where and when you work.
- We're rational about the technologies we use. We pick the most popular and up-to-date, but also those with large and helpful communities.
- We simplify our work processes as much as we can, i.e. we don't have daily stand-ups calls. We believe tools and notifications in Slack give all team members the status needed.
- We choose the tools we use according to the needs of each task. We avoid over-complication.
- We have as flat organization structure as possible. You self-organize your work and you're responsible for it.
- We share our knowledge, we discuss what we learn, we attend conferences, meetups and give speeches on some of them.

Perfect candidate
- has experience leading a distributed team of at least three developers
- has hands-on experience with scaling SaaS products
- is able to plan thoroughly
- has outstanding time-management and workload-handaling skills;
- understands that leadership is not about power but empowerment. It is not about direction, it is about serving
- is able to utilise other people skillsets when the team grows
- has strong debugging and analytical skills
- is able to resolve conflicts
- is able to share his knowledge and give feedback to others
- is able to take care of the deployment process and deliver team's efforts to production
- speaks english fluently
