Client: Kvik A/S is a Danish Kitchen manufacturer producing kitchens, wardrobes and baths anchored in the Nordic design tradition. Kvik A/S is a franchise and with more than 180 stores in 14 countries is Kvik an international player that brings quality kitchens at surprisingly low prices to end consumers. Being a high-quality Danish designed and produced brand with manufacturing experience and efficiency is Kvik A/S placed in a rather unique position where it is difficult for the competitor to deliver the same quality at a similar price.

In Terms of ERP Kvik currently has 3 solutions: NAV 2009 with LS Retail, NAV 2018, and Business central 21. Here is a short description of each.

NAV 2009 – LS Retail: This is the ERP system currently in use in the Kvik stores. Each country that they are present in has a database, and each store has a company. They have close to 200 stores in 13 countries.

NAV 2018: This is the KVIK HQ system where they have production and HQ functions. They have a Perfion integration, Continia Document capture, Continia Expense Management, Continia Payment Management, ASTRO (WMS), EDI, LS Retail integration, Masterdata solution (integrates to NAV 2009 as well as BC), and more.

Business Central: Currently they are in the middle of a project of implementing Business Central to replace their NAV 2009 in the stores. Currently they have 1 pilot store that is live on the solution. This solution includes a multitude of extensions like Continia Document Capture, Advanced intercompany, Lasernet, LS Central, and Master Data Management System.

ERP Specialist

We are looking for a new ERP consultant to handle support and daily operations on Kvik’s existing solutions: NAV2009 with LS Retail, NAV2018 and (currently in project phase) Business central 21.


-To support our business in their daily operations with regard to ERP and integrations

-To handle incoming support requests regarding these systems

General qualifications:

-NAV/BC experience of a minimum of 5 years

-Excellent problem-solving skills

-Excellent communication skills in English

-Both technical and non-technical as many support tickets will come from the less technically adept part of the business, but also demands that you can communicate effectively with developers and consultants from IT Integro

Technical qualifications:

Must have:

-Specific experience with Business Central

-Consultant experience

Will be an advantage:

-Experience with any other 3rd party applications that Kvik uses, namely: Perfion (PIM), True Commerce (EDI), NAVeksa, Astro (WMS), Advanced Intercompany (IIC), Master Data Management System, Shipmondo, Continia Document Capture, Continia Expense Management, Continia Payment Management, LS Central, LS Retail, Lasernet

-Technical or development experience – but be aware that this position does not include development in the solution
