Job description

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, agile evangelist as Senior Engineering Manager with German to join our Concentrix Software Solution team and help us reimagine the future. This role requires a high degree of independent execution, ownership, leadership and responsibility for customer success. This is a varied role which offers exposure to a wide range of technologies. A commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and delivering quality product(s) is essential. In this role you will be working with over 450 market-leading customers.

Key Duties And Responsibilities:

Responsible to lead the product engineering teams in developing enterprise Software products
Recruit fresh talent, including full-stack engineers and ramp up product development teams
Guide the team technically and perform architecture & code reviews as necessary
Use agile SW engineering methods & be accountable for delivering software releases with agility, predictability & quality
Develop a high-performance team and establish a culture of continuous learning
Coach and motivate the team to create and protect IP in the form of patents, disclosures & defensive publications
Establish metrics to measure quality, and effectiveness, and drive improvements

Qualifications:

12+ years of application software development experience, at least 5 years experience as an Engineering Manager
3+ years of Scrum Master experience and knowledge in SAFe is a big advantage
Full lifecycle experience developing, delivering & maintaining enterprise software applications (SDLC)
Proven results with continuous integration, continuous delivery & DevSecOps practices
Background in developing lift-and-shift as well as cloud-native applications deployed using Docker & Kubernetes, with RESTful microservices using Java full stack or .NET stack
Broad technical experience with front end using ReactJS or NodeJS, mobile applications (iOS, Android, Flutter), middleware, enterprise message bus, and Relational DBs
Hand-on experience in building enterprise-grade products using various Architecture Styles - Microservices, Event Driven, SOA, Lambda.
Hands-on expertise in one of the SQL and/or NoSQL databases (preferably Oracle or Postgres)
Experience in Cloud Technology, be familiar with Microsoft Azure/AWS/GCP platform integration. Experience with Multiple-Cloud solutions is an added advantage.
Experience architecting high-impact, reliable, applications in a responsive design
Understanding of integration best practices, patterns, data repositories, and infrastructure.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and at least communicative German
Bachelor's or Master's engineering degree in Computer Science or related
