For that type person we have role waiting for you as a Senior Software Tester in Customer Data Management.
Customer Data Management is one of our 53 agile clusters which key task is to invent, realize and deliver innovative, digital, multi-channel products with a superior and absolutely convincing customer and user experience. By the cluster Customer Data Management are running the CORE applications. CORE is an acronym for COmmerzbank Related Entities and it's a group wide static/master data application of Commerzbank AG which focus on person, organization an group views.
In your role as a Senior Software Tester you will be responsible for conducting automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers fits its purpose.
Your main tasks will be:
- Design test plan and test strategy, writing test cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs
- Test and prove that the software meets major architectural requirements
- Ensuring the quality of the system as a whole
- Work with developers, testers and business
- Develop and automate tests for software validation (also used for regression tests)
- Prepare file defect reports and report test progress
What we expect from you:
- 4 years of experience in Software Testing or similar role
- Deep understanding of QA
- Excellent knowledge of testing skills (design test plan and test strategy, writing test cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs)
- Understand the uses and methods of testing
- Experience of working in an Agile, fast-paced environment would be an asset
- Knowledge of analyzing data via SQL
- Readiness for business travel to Germany (up to 50% of time during first 3-4 months)
Nice to have:
- experience with HP ALM
- familiarity with Excel - VBA
Foreign language skills:
- English B2 level mandatory
- German optional
