For that type person we have role waiting for you as a Senior Java Developer in Customer Data Management Cluster.

Customer Data Management is one of our 53 agile clusters which key task is to invent, realize and deliver innovative, digital, multi-channel products with a superior and absolutely convincing customer and user experience. By this cluster are running The CORE applications. CORE is an acronym for COmmerzbank Related Entities and it's is a group wide static/master data application of Commerzbank AG which focus on person, organization an group views.

In your role as (Senior) Java Developer you will be responsible for understanding complex application, data flows and their business purpose in order to develop and integrate new modules, changes or releases into our IT landscape. Your main task will be to design and integrate high quality solutions until deployment into test environments. You will support incidents, problems management and implement bug fixes or changes.

Main tasks:

Technical analysis, technical solution design and implementation of new functions, modules or interfaces based on technology used (Spring, Hibernate, UI frameworks)
Analysis and designing solutions of the problems in close collaboration with other involved teams in case of incidents or issues
Creation of technical documentation
Mentoring of Junior employees in your team
Co-ordination of local team and the German counterparts
Supporting the rollouts in production, preparing software builds and releasing packages for the move to test and production environments
Participation in scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retro)

We are looking for 5 Regular Java Developers and 5 Seniors (for 2 teams).
Depends on your level of experience we expect from you good or very good knowledge of:

J2EE, Spring
Development of standard interfaces based on standard technologies as Web Services REST/SOAP/XML/WSDL
Tools like TFS, GIT, MAVEN
Readiness for business travel to Germany (up to 50% of time during first 3-4 months)

Nice to have:

JIRA/Confluence
Agile Software Development / Scrum
Business analysis methodologies
SQL, Oracle, relational databases
CI / CD (Bitbucket, Teamcity)
German language at communicative level

Foreign Language Skills:

English B1 Level (mandatory)
German nice to have
