Description of the Cluster:
The cluster Customer Relationship Management is responsible for various applications to enhance/improve customer experience and delivering efficient solutions to advisors across all German retails branches as well as worldwide for all corporate clients.
Main technologies in the cluster are: .NET (MS Dynamics CRM), WebMethods, Informatica, IBM BPM

You will be responsible for:
- stable operations of the applications within your scope, monitoring these IT applications, perform the the regular morning checks and react on all errors and support their correction
- cooperation with the development team, the software vendor, and the customers (primarily internal customers)
- managing and maintaining the applications, analyse and solve the problems
- preparation and implementation of changes to the given environment
- performing the test- and deployment process for new or released applications and interfaces
What we expect from you:
- Practical experience in application management
- Good knowledge of managing operating systems UNIX / Red Hat
- Good knowledge of software performing packaging, build procedures and deployment processes
Additional skills:
- Basic knowledge of IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) and IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)
- Basic knowledge of IBM WebSphere MQ, Log4J, JENKINS / DOCKER / KUBERNETES
