The job is located at Coloplast Business Center in Szczecin and has a strong link to the Global IT department at the headquarter in Humlebæk, Denmark. About the job
The formal job title is Digital Specialist. You will be a key driver to deliver on the IT roadmap for Digital Services by being a part of Global projects as solution specialist. Furthermore, you will work in close collaboration with other Digital Specialists in the daily operations to bridge the gap between Coloplast business requirements and the technologies/solutions provided by our external partners.

 

Your responsibilities will be
•    Support business in their daily operations and problem solving
•    Technical advisor towards the business on existing online platforms
•    Gather business requirements as input to the roadmap initiatives for online platforms
•    Act as 2nd level support and responsible for 3rd level escalation
•    Handle technical risk in daily operations
•    Responsible for functional tests 
•    Document request for changes according to Coloplast standards
•    Onboard and train new local colleague(s)

 

Job Qualifications
•    3+ years of work experience as Technical Solution Owner and/or Technical Business Consultant within software development
•    Deep knowledge of and experience with web CMS, web commerce, backend integrations, and API’s.
•    Broad general knowledge of .NET, JavaScript, CSS, website traffic tracking, SEO, browser technologies, etc.
•    Broad general knowledge of release & deployment processes, translation & localisation management, performance monitoring, headless content management etc.
•    Knowledge of digital platforms eco-systems: CRM, MDM, PIM, DAM, integration technologies, SaaS, PaaS, web apps, marketing automation, etc.   
•    Advanced English skills – both written and spoken
