Roles and Responsibilities:
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
- Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
- Define and manage project requirements.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
You have a good grasp of some of the following technologies:
- MS Office suite including MS Project and Visio.
- Good understanding of SDLC.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Cloud computing e.g. MS Azure Cloud.
- Some exp with tools like Chef (solestack or Puppet or complacence tool or Symantec or Confirmation management tools).
- Data analytics and data quality assurance.
- Good understanding of infrastructure technologies at large scale.
- Prior engineering and/or operational support experience.
