Lead Full Stack Engineer

Location: Warsaw or Gdańsk, Wrocław, Łódź (flexible hybrid)

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in full-stack development projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions.
• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Oversee day-to-day operation
• Set and monitor team performance

Technical Skills Required:  

• Expertise in Java, Spring 
• Experience with ORM (e.g. Entity Framework, nHibernate, Hibernate)
• Advancement with one of the front-end frameworks like React/Angular/Vue
• Databases: SQL/NoSQL database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch)
• CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins, Team City, Octopus, Azure DevOps, CircleCI)
• Cloud (e.g. Azure, AWS)

Agile Methodologies:

• Working experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
