Online interview
As a part of IT team you will:
- Be responsible for software & hardware assets management
- Plan and analyse budgets and prepare purchases for hardware &software
- Prepare systems documentation
- Use hardware lifeycle to organise hardware refreshments
- Propose changes to the hardware lifecycle and default hardware configuration
- Order hardware and collect orders, contact the suppliers and fulfill documents for deliveries
- Collaborate with the finance team to valuate used hardware, prepare offers, organize and deliver used hardware services
We expect of you:
- Knowledge about computer hardware and configuration
- Strong organisational skills
- Commitment and continuous improvement mindset
- Very good english skills (min. B2)
- Passion for technology and overcoming challenges
- Teamwork and positive approach to daily tasks
It would be a plus if you are familiar with:
- ITIL
- JIRA Service Desk, Confluence
- experience in working with budgets and purchases
