The project and the team

We are looking for an open-minded person, passionate about new technologies, who thinks logically and has a creative approach to solving problems. If you are eager to learn, enjoy designing, deploying and troubleshooting network solutions and want to automate repeatable work, we offer a great opportunity to grow with CodiLime. We have already completed numerous projects in the field of networking, cloud or infrastructure automation and monitoring.

We are a team of DevOps, Network and Security Engineers with network automation experience who explore the world of Cybersecurity, SDN, NFV and public cloud.

What else you should know:

• Our engineers support projects from the automation development phase, through solution deployment and integration, to troubleshooting a working service
• We collaborate closely with analysts, architects and developer teams
• Our tech stack for the project includes Azure, AWS and GCP, NGFW advanced networking and automation tools like Terraform, Golang and Ansible
• Now we are working on many interesting projects, so we may invite you to an interview for another project if we consider your skills and profile suitable.

Your role

As a part of the project team, you will be responsible for:

• Developing (Golang & Python) network and security automation products
• Developing solutions for automated deployment of virtualized cybersecurity solutions in public cloud
• Contributing to open source
• Working in agile methodology and collaborating with the rest of the team (managers, Cloud / DevOps Engineers, Solution Architects, Professional Services Engineers)
• Working with customers located mainly in US

Do we have a match?

As a Mid/Senior Golang Engineer in Security Domain, you must meet the following criteria:

• Over 5 years of documented professional software development experience
• Good knowledge of Golang and Python
• Knowledge of Terraform
• Knowledge of networking and/or cybersecurity
• Experience with at least one of the public cloud
• Good knowledge of English (C1 level)
• Willingness to learn – you will face challenges that require creativity, individual solutions and teamwork skills

Beyond the criteria above, we would appreciate the nice-to-haves:

• Knowledge of Palo Alto Networks solutions
• Experience in Terraform Provider Development
