We are technology & consulting company focused on Digital Sustainability solutions for the Energy & Utilities industry.

We are looking for an Expert with experience in managing teams, who can solve technical problems, as well as take care of team development.
Responsibilities:
- Mentoring and managing Java team (8-15 people)
- Preparing functional specifications
- Forming project plans and updating progress throughout the software development lifecycle
- Advising ways and means to obtain performance metrics of applications and optimize applications
- Software development (20% of your time)
Requirements:
- At least 8+ years of experience in developing advanced solutions in commercial projects
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in managing a team
Important technical skills:
- Java 11 and its internals
- Spring & Hibernate
- Software architectures design
- Microservice architecture
- Unit and integration testing
- Estimating projects
- RDBMS and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, InfluxDB, etc.)
- Good practices and architectural patterns (SOLID, Go4, DDD, CQRS, Clean Architecture, etc.)
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
