Senior IT Project Manager
Who are we looking for:
We’re gradually developing our project management department. If you run IT projects in the scrum methodology for a minimum of five years, you can coordinate the entire project cycle yourself and want to develop projects from our industry. You are a team player ready to exceed our clients’ expectations - join us.
As our team member you will be:
- self-management of IT projects from the moment of defining the project, through the control of progress to the project completion stage
- managing communication and requirements in the project in accordance with good scrum practices
- planning and monitoring of the schedule, budget, and quality
- responsibility for cost-effective project management (budget management)
- reporting the progress of project work
- determining goals, priorities and skilful motivating the development team
- risk assessment and management
- responsibility for full project documentation
- support for upselling activities and in the process of preparing new offers
Our team needs you:
- 5+ years of proven experience in the IT project management
- implement projects according to scrum and can implement rules related to it
- analyze many project scenarios and other people’s work in a team
- negotiate by building relationships with other people
- communicate seamlessly and effectively in English also in business situations
- focused on details and quickly find solutions in difficult situations
