Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Own end-to-end architecture

• Understand:

  • system design

  • trade-offs

  • scalability

• Evolve architecture long-term

• Maintain awareness of system components/interactions

Hands-on Engineering

• Direct coding contribution

• Code reviews

• AI-assisted development environment

• Ensure implementation quality

Product-Oriented Delivery

Environment characteristics:

Responsibilities:

• Validate business ideas technically

• Proactively bring features

Platform & Infrastructure

Work with:

• Kubernetes

Team Enablement

• Guide engineers

• Provide technical support

• Improve engineering decisions

• Promote collaboration/accountability

Stakeholder Interface

• Bridge Product Owner and engineering

• Technical advisor for leadership

• Translate product intent into execution
