About Us

We are a Gliwice-based IT company supporting a British startup that helps global e-commerce brands (food, supplements, cosmetics) navigate complex regulatory compliance through an intelligent, structured platform.

The Role

As the Software Architect, you will design the "cloud-native backbone" of the platform. You will move compliance from manual interpretation to a deterministic, scalable system, ensuring the platform is "right by design." You will bridge the gap between rapid prototyping and robust production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• System Design: Design scalable AWS/Serverless architectures that power governed, deterministic regulatory decisions.

• Infrastructure Strategy: Codify infrastructure into reusable Terraform modules and define API-first integration patterns.

• AI Integration: Architect workflows that embed AI and ML decision-making directly into product features.

• Quality & Velocity: Improve system resilience, observability, and overall engineering velocity across the full stack (Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL).

• Leadership: Act as a technical authority, guiding the team on complex architectural decisions and security fundamentals (IAM, encryption).

Requirements

• Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in AWS, specifically serverless and event-driven design.

• Infrastructure: Expert-level knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Experience: Proven track record of designing complex, distributed systems in a commercial environment.

• Modern Stack: Strong understanding of TypeScript, Node.js, and GraphQL architectures.

• Mindset: A builder mindset—fast, pragmatic, low ego, and motivated by high ownership.

Tech Stack: AWS (Lambda, EventBridge), Terraform, Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python (for Data/AI integration).
