We are a Gliwice-based IT company supporting a British startup that helps global e-commerce brands (food, supplements, cosmetics) navigate complex regulatory compliance through an intelligent, structured platform.

The Role

As a Mid-level Full Stack Developer, you will join the product engineering team to implement new features for the platform. You will work in a modern and supportive environment, seeing projects through from concept to delivery while learning from highly skilled senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Build and ship new features using React, Next.js, Node.js, and GraphQL.

• Project Delivery: Collaborate with the team to take features from initial requirements to production-ready code.

• Code Quality: Participate in code reviews and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

• Agile Collaboration: Use tools like Jira/DevOps to manage workflows and contribute to team success in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience in a commercial environment.

• Frontend: Strong knowledge of JavaScript/HTML/CSS and proficiency in React.

• Backend & Data: Experience with Node.js and database programming (SQL/GraphQL).

• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and at least one major cloud provider (preferably AWS).

• Education: Degree in Computer Science or completion of a reputable coding bootcamp.

• Mindset: Proactive learner, strong communicator, and a team player who takes ownership of tasks.
