Lead Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365
Lead the technical development for a major player in the EV charging and mobility services domain. You will be the technical authority for all Dynamics 365 CE initiatives, designing scalable solutions that integrate charging platforms, enterprise systems, and customer-facing apps. This is a role for a "hands-on" leader who can navigate complex integrations (including D365 F&O) and enforce high engineering standards across the board.

Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Act as the lead for all D365 CE developments, driving architecture decisions and best practices.
End-to-End Development: Design and build C# plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript form scripting, and Power Automate flows.
Complex Integrations: Bridge Dynamics 365 CE with D365 F&O, Azure services, and external REST APIs.
Mentorship: Perform code reviews, support the development team, and evolve CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners and Functional Consultants to translate business needs into technical reality.
Requirements
Dynamics 365 Mastery: Deep experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service (Work Orders, SLAs, Agreements).
Power Platform: Proficiency in Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Dataverse modeling.
Code & Cloud: Strong C#/.NET skills, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
Engineering Standards: Mastery of Git, unit testing, and technical documentation.
Nice to Have
Experience with Connected Field Service or IoT scenarios.
Domain knowledge in EV Mobility or Asset Management.
