We're Hiring: Java Backend Developer

Project Overview:

Join our team to develop a component responsible for managing the recurring customer data verification process. The role involves integration with source systems and communication channels. You’ll work on solutions that matter, with an emphasis on performance, security, and scalability.

The Team:

You’ll be collaborating with a cross-functional team consisting of developers, analysts, testers, a solution architect, and a product owner.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing backend applications within existing enterprise platforms

• Designing and implementing microservice-based solutions

• Applying industry best practices for clean, maintainable, and efficient code

• Optimizing code with performance and security in mind

• Writing unit and integration tests to ensure code quality

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in Java 11

• 3–4 years of experience as a Java backend developer

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate

  • REST API design and development

  • Microservices architecture

  • MS SQL or PostgreSQL

  • RabbitMQ or Kafka

  • Dev tools like Docker, OpenShift/Kubernetes, GitLab, Artifactory, Maven

• Good understanding of design patterns, clean code principles, and modern software architecture
