AI Developer

You will design, implement, and deploy production-grade agentic systems that deliver measurable business value. This is a "Get Stuff Done" role where you will build multi-step AI agents, orchestrate complex workflows, and integrate top-tier models (Gemini, GPT, Claude) into real-world systems. You are responsible for the entire lifecycle: from capturing client requirements to implementing memory, RAG, and guardrails, all the way to cloud deployment.

Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture: Designing multi-step AI agents and orchestration workflows using Python.

• System Integration: Connecting agents to APIs, SaaS applications, webhooks, and event queues.

• Production Readiness: Taking prototypes to production using CI/CD, Docker, and AWS.

• Internal Tooling: Building reusable SDKs and agent templates to accelerate delivery.

• Observability & Safety: Implementing logging, tracing, and guardrails to ensure reliable and secure agent behavior.

• Client Collaboration: Working directly with stakeholders to run experiments and iterate on AI solutions.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience shipping AI agents or complex automations.

• Core Skills: Expert-level Python (async, testing, packaging).

• Orchestration Stack: Proficiency with LangGraph or LangChain, plus tools like n8n, AWS Bedrock, Airflow, or Temporal.

• Data Foundations: Strong understanding of embeddings, RAG, chunking, and indexing.

• Engineering Fundamentals: Git, CI/CD, Docker, and AWS.

• Bonus Skills: TypeScript, FastAPI, Node.js, Supabase, or observability tools like Langfuse or OpenTelemetry.
