YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Taking part in implementation projects (from the analysis stage, through implementation, training and commissioning of the system).
- Analysis of customer needs and business requirements, mapping them to Salesforce capabilities.
- Designing system functionalities according to business requirements.
- Configuring solutions and process automation using Salesforce tools.
- Conducting training for the client’s team.
- Participation in the pre-sales process by creating Proof of Concept solutions and presenting them to the prospective clients.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, both in Poland and abroad.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
- Minimum year of experience with the Salesforce platform in the role of business consultant.
- Salesforce Certificates (Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant).
- History of work with clients.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- The ability to create and present slideshows.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to make new contacts.
- Responsibility, self-reliance, diligence, accuracy, punctuality and good organization of work.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Communicative German or Swedish.
