Salary: 140 - 180 PLN/h net + VAT + bonus

Your daily tasks will include:

☁️ Managing a 30-person team of PHP engineers (Magento, PIM, Open Loyalty) - line management of senior programmers, ensuring consistency of software delivery, improving the team's technical skills

☁️ Technical supervision over the quality of the delivered solution in projects - internal audits, implementation of good practices, reduction of technical debt

☁️ Participation in sales processes as a technical expert and cooperation with clients to maintain the quality of cooperation

☁️ Planning the allocation of resources in projects, conducting technical recruitment, expanding the department

Which skills will make you succeed in this role:

🥇 Experience in PHP programming - current technical knowledge - we are looking for a practitioner who is willing to sit down at the keyboard, although we do not expect permanent work on projects

🥇 Knowledge of the eCommerce market, in particular the Magento platform (1 and 2)

🥇 Experience in leading a team of developers and collaborating within a wider organization

🥇 B2/C1 knowledge of English and native knowledge of Polish
