Your daily tasks will include:

• Managing an IT project in all of its aspects - scope, time, budget, quality etc., ensuring a successful delivery
• Led the project team day-to-day facilitating the delivery, team meetings, managing the supporting tools
• Being the first point of contact for the customer and senior management regarding the project
• Coaching the team and the customer on the industry-standard delivery models and approach
• In short - making sure the project is delivered and everyone is happy

The following will make you succeed in this role

• Have over 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in software projects
• Managed a team of 10+ people (internal + client team)
• Have an Agile mindset and practical knowledge of working with Scrum
• Knowledge of various Project Management methodologies
• Hands-on IT background as a developer, QA, BA, Scrum Master etc.
• Speak English fluently (C1), Polish is also required(C1)
