Your daily tasks will include
☁️ Design architecture and develop large scale AEM implementations
☁️ Lead technical design sessions; create and document technical solutions that are aligned with business objectives
☁️ Participate in sales processes; create detailed development and price estimates
☁️ Develop project roadmaps and development plans
☁️ Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of AEM implementations
☁️ Lead and mentor a team of developers
☁️ Participate in active development and conduct code reviews of AEM implementations
☁️ Participate in recruitment processes
☁️ Work closely with a team of professional Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Front and Backend developers, Quality Assurance experts and Business Analysts
The following will make you succeed in this role
⭐️ Commercial experience with Adobe Experience Manager with proven multiple large scale AEM implementations in AEM 6.x
⭐️ Proficient in Java, Java EE, Servlets, HTL/Sightly with a strong understanding of Java frameworks such as Spring
⭐️ Solid understanding of core web technologies (XML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
⭐️ Experience with RESTful services
⭐️ Strong grasp of Day CQ/AEM foundational concepts (Apache Sling, Apache Felix) and AEM development and deployment processes.
⭐️ Experience with Adobe Analytics and Commerce
⭐️ Fluent English (at least B2 level)
⭐️ Excellent communication and leadership skills

⭐️ Fluent German
⭐️ Experience in SCRUM or other Agile methodologies
⭐️ Good organization, planning, teamwork skills and a positive attitude would come in handy as well
