IAM Administrator

Job description: 

Embark on a journey of continuous growth and advancement as an IAM Administrator, where you will become an integral member of our talented engineering team, catering to the diverse needs of our clients. 

Take your expertise to new heights with cloudatus by delivering responsive, reliable and adept technical assistance to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of messaging environments. 

At cloudatus, you will: 

• Design and implement IAM solutions based on client requirements 
• Manage users identities, roles, and access permissions 
• Implement IAM policies to meet security and compliance requirements 
• Perform security audits (access reviews, risk assessments) 
• Automate IAM processes 
• Monitor and testing IAM solutions 
• Prepare documentation of implemented IAM solutions 

Required technical and professional expertise: 

• Good understanding of Identity and Access Management areas such as: identity lifecycle, access governance and management, authentication, system integration, entitlements management, cloud identity management, Privileged Access Management 
• Understanding of IAM integration standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) 
• Experience with management and implement IAM solutions 
• Familiarity with IAM governance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR) is beneficial. 
• Experience with one or more One Identity IAM platform solutions (One Identity Cloud PAM Essentials, Active Roles, One Identity Safeguard, Password Manager, Safeguard Privilege Manager for Windows) 

This role requires collaboration with customers from all around the world, therefore fluency in English is required (minimum B2 level).

Location: Rzeszów, but this role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home or opt for more business-y settings in our office. It’s all up to you.
