Endpoint Administrator

We seek new talents to join our engineering teams to advance our international projects, where we build on collective competence and configure different types of infrastructure: cloud based, hybrid, on-premises. 

As an Endpoint Administrator, you will:

• Configure and maintain unified endpoint management service (MS Intune)
• Deploy new images to endpoints and enroll new devices
• Orchestrate the management of mobile device access to safeguard company data
• Prepare, test and release software application packages alongside security updates to production environment
• Contribute to the development of automated software packages to guarantee seamless support and patching of desktop systems and mobility devices
• Collaborate on the documentation and maintenance of standard configurations that align with organizational security policies
• Develop insightful reports on software license usage, software and hardware compliance etc.
• Utilize your analytical prowess to analyze problems and recommend hardware and software solutions

Requirements:  

• Proficient in Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and related technologies
• Experience in utilizing Intune for mobile application management for personal devices in bring-your-own-device (BYOD) scenarios
• Adept at mobile device management (MDM) for Windows 10/11, Android, iOS
• Experience in managing Microsoft Defender Endpoint Protection across Windows 10/11 and mobile platforms
• Skilled in endpoint encryption management
• Solid command of infrastructure and networking principles

The following qualifications are a plus:

•  certifications related to managing end-user technologies (e.g. Exam MD-102 Endpoint Administrator, MS-102 Microsoft 365 Administrator)

This role requires collaboration with customers from all around the world, therefore fluency in English is required (minimum B2 level).

Location: Rzeszów, but this role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home or opt for more business-y settings in our office. It’s all up to you.
