Your impact & mission
To strengthen our Tech Operations, we’re looking for an ambitious international minded IT manager who is able to make our SaaS platform the benchmark in the industry for availability and security related practices. You know what it takes to put the right procedures in place to strengthen a service offered, so that our demanding clients and partners are blown away by how we operate our platform.
Key responsibilities:
Overall Infrastructure availability
- Work closely with infrastructure team (mostly external) to ensure amazing performance and availability across the world, including back-up plans and disaster recovery.
Keeping Cleeng secure
- Ensuring the right procedures are in place to avoid and detect vulnerabilities and to protect personal identifiable information and other sensitive information.
- Drive compliance within the organisation, including SOC, ISO 270001 and similar certifications.
Top-notch platform support
- Manage public communications about the status (availability) of our core platform, services and releases, and proactively maintain relationships with the tech counterparts of our key clients and partners.
- Work closely with application and infrastructure support teams to improve support procedures and communications for tier 1 clients, including Sky, Foxtel, FranceTV, CBC, and many others.
Required Skills/Experience:
- You have minimal 5+ years experience in operational IT roles, ideally within an international Enterprise organisation
- You have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure services.
- You are familiar with data protection (GDPR), application security (OWASP, pen tests, IDS), risk identification and control frameworks.
- You know how to code.
- You bring a structured way of working so to be able to effectively implement new processes. You guide by example, not just by words.
- You have excellent communication skills
