We are looking for a Software Developer with experience working with DevOps principles and practices to assist in building ClearBank®’s IT platform. We are at a stage where the number of teams developing the IT platform is increasing to keep up with the demand for change. The role will focus on assisting the current teams in transitioning from a single change pipeline to multiple, enabling each team to become self-sufficient.

We believe that the best developers enjoy what they do. Candidates should first and foremost be passionate and be willing to learn the technologies and aspects they may not have been exposed to in the past.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid technical capabilities and aptitude to learn. Experience and passion of working in an agile, innovative and fast paced environment is key to this role.
