Our client
Our client is an established and innovative B2C and B2B online and land-based company that operates in both the United Kingdom and the United States. They are pushing to expand their business into other markets and as a part of their plans, they are looking to hire two backend developers
The Role
The successful applicant for this role will lead and manage a team of developers whilst working alongside the engineering team and product owners to support and deliver on the company's vision.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and testing existing back-end elements to ensure they're as fast and efficient as possible
- Responsible for writing web services and APIs
- QA testing
- Troubleshooting
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
- Writing high-quality code
- Ensure compliance and data security laws are adhered to
Reporting into the Technical Project Manager, this role has been created to help keep up with the businesses’ expansion plans. You will have the opportunity to join the team at an exciting time for the business.
The successful candidate will have:
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience with cloud services (GCP is desirable: Kubernetes, Redis)
- Experience with Golang (or any equivalent language: C, C#, Python, Java)
- Experience in event driven architecture is desirable
- Experience with microservices
- Understanding of scrum/sprint, forward thinking and able to plan within an agile environment
- Knowledge and experience with compliance and data security laws
Benefits:
- Monthly salary between 15,000 – 20,000 zł
