Job description
We're looking for a talented engineer (m/f), who will bring state-of-the-art front-end knowledge to our small, agile team with corporate backing.
The product we are building is a cloud-based service for assisting process engineers in the chemical industry. Think about it as a specialized application that provides insight into chemical plant data.
Product development team is based in Munich, Germany (close to corporate offices), whereas our whole development team works on a freelance basis, 100% remotely. We meet once per month in either Munich or Gdańsk.
Proximity to Tricity would be a big plus, but is not strictly required, as long as you're willing to travel from time to time.
Desired skills
- A track record of front-end and/or full-stack roles.
- Experience with React and/or other tools and frameworks for building modern web applications.
- A goal-driven attitude with strong focus on process transparency.
- Good understanding of Agile work principles.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working in English as the primary business language.
Nice to have
- Experience in building data visualization components (D3).
- UX sensitivity
- Openness to full-stack work, when needed (Python, Scala, AWS).
