Your new role:

As a Senior Technical Product Manager in the CKEditor 5 team, you will be at the forefront of driving the development and enhancement of collaboration and commercial features in our products. Your role involves liaising between technical teams and commercial units, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with market demands and customer needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in the creation of product vision and roadmap for our features.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Manage the product lifecycle from conception through release.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform product strategy.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to maximize product success.
• Drive product development in a fast-paced, agile environment.

To be successful in this role you need the following:

• Willingness to take up the challenge of working on products used by millions of users.
• At least 3 years of commercial experience in product management, specifically in software or technology products.
• Technical background as a Software Engineer or similar.
• Proven experience in managing IT product strategy and communication.
• Familiarity with user experience best practices.
• Eagerness to go deep into product knowledge, such as the evolution of the products, and technical choices.
• Great collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a decision-making approach.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Comfort with speaking and writing in English.
