    Test Coordinator is a satellite that actively supports teams in relationships inside (internal) and outside the team from a QA perspective. Above that, his main role is to cover an E2E test plan and make sure that all testing procedures and rules are followed properly. Test Coordinator also acts as a point of contact for the entire organization in the context of substantive matters related to (QA) project management. That role can be treated as a PMs and TPOs right hand and quality advisor.



    Key Responsibilities:


    • Based on good collaboration, creation of test plan (or offer guidance and input on the creation of test plans and test cases), ensuring that testing activities are well-coordinated and they ensuring a proper information of testing subject. Test planning and coordination of accurate execution in testing process within projects is the main goal of Test Coordination role (especially planning and coordinating of E2E phase).
    • If it necessary taking part in E2E testing execution (as a additional help) across teams with project dependencies. This is NOT his/her main responsibility.
    • Provide advice and share expertise during the creation of both integration and automated test cases, assisting in decision-making processes.
    • Drive implementation of the organizational testing strategy in all key areas (Test Automation, Test Processes, Maintenance etc.). Help in standardizing the testing approach, ensuring that the testing phase is efficient and effective.
    • Ensure good understanding of testing approach to all of stakeholders.
    • Monitor all testing activities related to incidents/bugs and fixes in SDLC.
    • Maintain a high-level view of testing outcomes to other stakeholders (especially to Test Manager).
    • Agree with the team a consensus between Test Strategy and team limitations and needs related to documentation, execution standards, fostering a collaborative environment.
    • Introduce the selected and published in Test Strategy, testing tools to stakeholders, highlighting their value and ensuring alignment with the team's needs.
    • Actively participate with knowledge sharing between teams to make sure that teams are well informed to make testing decisions independently.
    • Consult and analyze of test results, bringing a balanced perspective to the evaluation of testing efforts.
    • Act as the main point of contact for external QA stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project objectives.
    • Advice on critical decisions regarding all the testing activities, especially in release/roll out on Prod.
    • Coordination of cross-team testing activities such as E2E / SIT.
    • Take care of security testing (pen. testing) coordination with external vendors. (Assist in preparation -> not Take care of)
    • Identify, Analyze and Reporting risks to the risk board - not only test ones, but all noticed design and project risks after consultation with the team.
    • Take a part in recruitment and On-boarding of newcomers, especially in QA area.
    • If needed Act as a supervisor for checking proper QA work (that include: correct testing coverage of any required types of testing).
    • Act as a QA CircleK representative to external stakeholders and vendors.
    • Actively participate in COP QA.
    • Organize, coordinate and support penetration and performance testing for teams.
    • Act as a "guardian of the processes" developed in the Test Strategy, and first point of escalation in case of any QA problems with teams.
    • Act as a mentor - Provide experienced input to guide the team.
