Intelligent Automation is a key part of Digital Transformation for modern enterprises. Ciklum is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with experience in Automation, Integration & AI to join our team on a permanent basis to work with our Team to deliver automation to clients across the globe.

We are seeking a Senior Intelligent Automation developer with strong experience to join our intelligent automation team. The suitable candidate should have interest and confident knowledge of classic & emerging automation technologies and has ability to assist in research, prototyping, developing and implementing automation solutions. It is also required to have a proven hands-on experience delivering projects successfully in low-code platforms like Power Platform and related Microsoft stack. The ideal candidate should also have a proven track record in utilizing cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP to deliver scalable, resilient solutions for enterprise needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with discovery, estimation, drives implementation and integration of automation solutions based on design specifications and as per best development practices, governance and licensing
• Contribution to technical design specifications based on functional & non-functional business requirements 
• Implements solutions with intelligent document processing. Helps with pre-sales, PoCs, research for the best suitable approaches
• Guides and executes development of attended / unattended automate process bots, data enrichment pipelines, AI agents, RAGs
• Coordinates with infrastructure teams to ensure the availability of solutions and resolution of any issues that affect the execution of bots
• Making sure that relevant compliance, conduct, control and risk policies are followed
• Enhancing your job knowledge by attending educational workshops & training; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies; developing and/or maintaining proficiency in the latest technologies
• Mentorship and training of more junior colleagues, and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Develop cloud automations, desktop automations, internal & external business applications, including entity and form creation, business rules, reports, dashboards, and system configuration
• Scalable implementation of dynamic web crawlers and scrapers using low code or classic coding approaches
• Experience with solutioning & architecture of AI-assisted automated solutions
• Certification in Power Platform is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing. Ability to create custom ML solutions to process documents is considered as an advantage
• Trained & certified in other related tools & technologies, specifically in Azure Services, AWS Services, GCP
• Knowledge and experience with AI & NLP tools is expected. Experience building conversational solutions, contact centers enablement. Assisting building AI document processing, AI Agents and smart AI searches. Any tools such as Kore.ai, Google
• Dialogflow, Salesforce Einstein, Amazon Lex, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Vision, Google Vertex AI, Amazon Textract, Sagemaker; Unstructured.IO. CCaS: Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Amazon Connect, etc.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (on Azure OpenAI Service, Google Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, Together.ai, etc). Interest and application experience of SLMs is a plus
• Familiarity with integrations using SOAP and REST APIs, creation of custom connectors. Ability to integrate with source/target applications via API from scratch
• Python, PowerShell, Ruby, JavaScript, SQL, curl
• Postman, Visual Studio Code, Jupyter Notebook, or similar tools
• Implemented at least 3 commercial projects using mentioned stack end-to-end independently, preferably within the last year (depends on complexity)
• Familiarity with UML diagrams, BPMN notations. Draw.io
• Interest and capability in learning new technologies & tools, evaluating new services very frequently, and to adapt to various client application domains (fintech, healthcare, etc).

Personal skills:

• At least Upper Intermediate English (B2). Knowledge of other languages (German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, others) is an advantage
• Good analytical skills
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined and result-oriented
• Strong attention to details and accuracy.
