Ciklum is looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role:
As a Senior Product Owner, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for Ciklum.
The Product Owner focuses on ensuring the product value stream delivers both business and customer value. In their role, they are responsible for the entirety of the product lifecycle, including design, delivery and operations. They are the primary business representative and act as the bridge between the business and technology organizations. The PO has a significant role in maximizing the value produced by the team and ensuring Stories meet the user’s needs and comply with the Definition of Done.

You’ll be a part of an innovative digital banking product. The bank is pioneering new horizons for customers with a core mission to create a more financially literate society that can succeed in a thriving economy. This will be achieved by introducing smart financial solutions.
We will accelerate digitization and help to reach a cashless society. Providing financial solutions across industry value chains, we aim to support the growth of all sectors of the economy. By facilitating banking access to segments traditionally considered high-risk, we aim to promote financial inclusion. Using continuous Data Analysis in our AI Engine and our PFM solution, we will help our customers better spend and save money.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the voice of the customer to the Product Team, constantly providing feedback on features
- Accountable for the relationship with all stakeholders and squads of their assigned products/platforms, acceptance of backlog stories and items, prioritization, ongoing support, maintenance, and improvements
- Accountable for and leading squad(s) to provide their expertise and advise to the whole team
- Accountable for all financials and schedules for delivery and maintenance of their product/platform
- Build a clearly understood Product roadmap that reflects customers desires and captures the imagination of the business and technology
- Responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team
- Ensure that the team always understands what value and outcomes they are working to achieve
- Responsible for the preparation of the Program Increment (PI) planning
- Improve understanding and engagement between the business and technology
- Evolve the Product roadmap based on customer, Product team and business feedback, linked to business outcomes
- Oversee product priorities and resource requirements
- Lead the planning of product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting team completion of Sprint Goals
- Provide technical direction to the Platform team based on the pipeline and automation design requirements
- Review code quality for the team, ensuring code quality is maintained from a Platform perspective
Requirements:
- Expected 5 years relevant experience in a product or capability, with overall 8+ years relevant experience
- Both wide general knowledge, and expert in time and schedule management, stakeholder management, and servant leadership. (T/X shaped)
- CAL, CSPO and CSM Certification or equivalent
- Experience with reconciliation domain experience
- Experience in the banking sphere
- Strategic and creative thinking
- Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outcome orientated
- Deep knowledge of Agile processes and principles
- Experience with engineering CI/CD pipelines for micro service and container architecture
