CIC WARSAW
CIC鈥檚 project in Warsaw will be one of the largest innovation-oriented centers in Europe. Opening in 2020, it will be located within the new landmark on Warsaw鈥檚 map, Varso, the tallest building in the EU, situated directly next to the Warsaw Central train station. CIC is based in Cambridge, and the team there will cooperate with our team in Poland by working on this fascinating project to contribute towards a local innovation ecosystem.聽

Your day to day work
As a part of the Global Software Engineering Team in Warsaw you will cooperate with our teams and CIC business stakeholders from around the globe. After you join you will travel to Boston to learn more about our community and meet the teams you will work with. Your main task would be to identify needs, discover and analyze requirements and think of process and application designs. The above will include:
- working with our internal teams to get into analyzing their functional requirements
- driving stakeholders and decision-makers to set priorities
- discovering gaps, issues and goals and seeking out process optimization聽
- preparing concise documentation and specification for software creation and upgrades聽
- facilitating communication between stakeholders and development team do ensure understanding of the requirements聽
- helping the business understand and support designed solutions
- working within our Software Development team to establish and document technical solution specifications聽
- identifying functional dependencies between systems; recommending solutions or risk mitigation approaches
About you:
We are looking for a person with great communication skills, who likes to dive deep into different kinds of issues and enjoys resolving them. You should be a fast learner and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and professional attitude with willingness to answer clients needs.聽
We are also looking for experience in:
- business process analysis and modeling
- presenting requirements, roadmaps and solutions to a different kinds of audience
- software development concepts and life-cycle
- understanding business issues working in agile environment with internal teams, product owners and developers
- adapting to different working styles and personalities
- prioritizing and managing tasks聽
- designing and determining systems and process performance metrics 聽
- writing User Stories and acceptance criteria

- Business and technical metadata
- Data integrity
- APIs
