Working as an M&A Project Manager, you will:
- Lead integration projects following mergers and acquisitions across systems and organisational structures
- Define and implement integration standards, frameworks, and governance models
- Coordinate alignment of processes, systems (including ERP), and teams
- Drive change management initiatives to support smooth organisational transitions
- Ensure consistency of organisational identity while integrating new entities
- Identify risks related to integration and proactively manage mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and IT
- Structure and optimise processes in a rapidly growing organisation
- Ensure delivery of measurable outcomes in complex transformation initiatives

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in M&A, transformation, or integration projects
- Proven experience in post-merger integration (PMI) environments
- Strong background in change management and organisational transformation
- Understanding of system integration challenges (ERP/SAP knowledge is a plus)
- Experience working in large, complex organisations
- Ability to structure processes and bring clarity in dynamic environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and delivery focus
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or change management
