QA Engineer

About the opportunity:

Centra is looking for full-time QA Engineer (Automation) to join our team based in Wrocław.

Centra is an industry-leading, B2B and D2C e-commerce platform for original fashion and lifestyle brands. Centra is a powerful and technical platform, loaded with features and scalability is built in so it's perfect for brands that run global e-commerce operations. We currently serve as the backbone of e-commerce operations for over 200 brands based in Scandinavia, Europe and the rest of the world and we're growing more than ever.

To excel at this position, you will need to:

• Good communication skills (in English)
• Be a Quality Assurance enthusiast
• Understand and know testing methodologies and tools
• Experience of testing web applications, APIs and integrations with external services (like payments)
• Previous experience in an Agile development environment
• A good working demonstrable knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• Familiar with cloud technologies (AWS), and docker environment
• Have an analytical mindset and be attentive to details

Must have:

• Git, API testing, SQL, Jira

Nice to have:

• CLI, JS, GQL, Docker, TestRails, Kibana, Grafana, Cloud (AWS), FE testing

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Creation and maintenance of test automation scripts (web, mobile, API/Backend)
• Providing input to automation structure based on knowledge and best practices
• Maintaining and monitoring CI/CD pipelines
• Reporting bugs, creating test documentation using tools such as TestRail and Jira
• Cooperating with dev team and business, participating in scrum procedures
