This is a part-time role (50% of the normal schedule).

To excel at this position, you will need to have

• At least 6+ years of experience in the IT Administrator position 
• Administrator level knowledge of Mac OS 
• Administrator level knowledge of Google Workspace administration 
• Willingness to work exclusively from the office

Your main responsibilities

• Supporting the geographically distributed team in resolving IT issues. 
• Workstations management - Mac OS.
• Mobile platforms management via Mobile Device Management for both iOS and Android OSes. 
• Security management.
• ICT Networks management.
• Generic ICT infrastructure management (cloud services, tools, etc.).
• Participation in the ISMS Risk Management Process in the role of a technical expert.
• Supervise access rights to the Organization’s resources following the ISMS Access Control Process. 
• Coordinating acquisition of generic ICT infrastructure following the ISMS Acquisition Process. 
• Maintenance of ICT infrastructure and resources.
• Taking part in the execution of ISMS Operations Management Plans. 
• Monitoring and maintenance of ICT networks and resources of the Organization.
• Management of availability, capacity of generic ICT infrastructure.
• Responding to threats and security incidents in the Organization.
• Raising awareness of users in the technological area.

Our recruitment process

1.Introductory Interview

This is where we get to know each other! We’ll introduce you to Centra—our product, culture, and the role itself. We’ll also discuss your experience, expectations, and what you’re looking for in your next challenge. (Online, 30–45 min)

2.Maki Assessments

You’ll receive an invitation to complete short online assessments that evaluate your problem-solving and language skills. This helps us understand how you think and communicate. (Online, ~30 min)

3.Technical & Cultural Fit Interview with Your Manager

In this final stage, you'll meet with a manager to discuss both the technical aspects of the role as well as how your approach and values resonate with Centra. Expect a mix of technical discussions, reflections on your past experiences and conversations about your future aspirations, along with your perspective on technology, business, and people. This is also a great opportunity to visit our office, experience our work environment and meet some of the team! (On-site, ~1h)
