Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our team. As our CISO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's information security strategy and leading our security efforts to protect our customers' data.
We base this position in Wroclaw, Poland. We would like to see our teams meeting in person at least 3 days a week in our supercool office.

Responsibilities:
- Hands-on manage our information security infrastructure e.g., in the CI/CD toolchain and CMDB
- Be part of the Product and Engineering team to ensure security is engineered into our products and services
- Develop, implement and maintain information security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the protection of our and our customers' data
- Lead the company's security efforts to mitigate security risks
- Respond to security incidents, including mitigation, followup documentation and communication
- Conduct security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks, including running pen tests with external parties
- Plan, manage and execute security awareness training for all employees in all departments
- Manage our ongoing work with sub-processors of personal data, including ensuring adequate agreements and SCCs protecting data are in place
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including achieving an ISO27001 certification by the end of the year
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Big passion for information security, secure engineering
- Strong knowledge of information security frameworks, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience as a CISO or in similar roles in a software or technology company
- Experience with ISO27001 certification and implementation
- High energy level and enthusiasm to be part of a growing startup
- Excellent leadership and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
You will work with defining and implementing strategies to mitigate and prevent these security issues and exploits, such as implementing security patches, training employees on security awareness, and enforcing policies.
