Your daily tasks on the job:
- Leading a team of experts with a special focus on business domain and/or components
- Writing a high-quality Clean Code (80% of your time)
- Mentoring your team members (4 people)
- Participate in job interviews with new candidates
- Being responsible for knowledge exchange, quality and skill development within your team about the team focus
- Being responsible for technical on-boarding of team members

Requirements:
- Experience - minimum 5 Years
- Java - we are looking for developer, who can write a high quality Clean Code

- English min B2
Methodology :
- Agile management: Scrumban - we work in small squads (2-5 members). Squad is cross-functional, autonomous team and work on 1-2 features at once
- Issue tracking tool: Jira
- Knowledge repository: Confluence
- In CDQ we are using a variety of different databases: NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis), SQL, RDF triple stores.
