  • Leading a team of experts with a special focus on business domain and/or components
  • Writing a high-quality Clean Code (80% of your time)
  • Mentoring your team members (4 people)
  • Participate in job interviews with new candidates
  • Being responsible for knowledge exchange, quality and skill development within your team about the team focus
  • Being responsible for technical on-boarding of team members

Requirements:
  • Experience - minimum 5 Years
  • Java - we are looking for developer, who can write a high quality Clean Code

  • Data or database enthusiast

Methodology :
  • Agile management: Scrumban  - we work in small squads (2-5 members). Squad is cross-functional, autonomous team and work on 1-2 features at once
  • Issue tracking tool: Jira
  • Knowledge repository: Confluence
  • In CDQ we are using a variety of different databases: NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis), SQL, RDF triple stores.
