Your daily tasks on the job:
- Technically leading a team of experts with a special focus on business domain and/or components
- Being responsible for knowledge exchange, quality and skill development within your team with regard of the team focus (i.e. highlighting which skills need to be improved, empowering people, prepare/provide/delegate Give&Takes)
- Mentoring your team members in technical questions
- Participate in job interviews with new candidates
- Being responsible for technical on-boarding of team members
- Being accountable for quality of all components in the team
- Enforcing architectural and procedural standards
- Participating in cross-team alignments with other technical leads for performance, quality and any other technical topics
- Assigns Component Leads for team components

Requirements:
- Experience - minimum 5 Years
- Java - we are looking for developer, who can write a high quality Clean Code

Methodology :
- Agile management: Scrumban - we work in small squads (2-5 members). Squad is cross-functional, autonomous team and work on 1-2 features at once
- Issue tracking tool: Jira
- Knowledge repository: Confluence
- In CDQ we are using a variety of different databases: NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis), SQL, RDF triple stores.
