Your daily tasks on the job:
- Establishing an environment where the team can be effective in delivery and operations
- Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions
- Moderate meetings (i.e. Dailies, Retro) and facilitate decision-making with all relevant stakeholders (inside or outside squad)
- To approve absences, managing delegation of tasks (i.e. in case of absences)
- Active monitoring and reacting to the situation in the team, removing the impediments, monitoring and improving the team spirit and wellbeing
- Report on the progress and status as requested
- Train, mentor, and supporting dev teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
- Conduct post-mortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity
Requirements:
- Experience - minimum 5 years in agile project management
- At CDQ we are not following 100% Scrum but a mix of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban)
- Team player – we fully support each other, teamwork is our essential value
- Strong focus on delivery
- Skills all Basic as minimum:
- Requirements Engineering

- Speak English and Polish fluently
- Can explain (verbally and written) complex topics in a simple and lucid manner
