Hiring for a talented Java Developer to join a dynamic team in the finance and capital markets sector in Poland. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge financial technology solutions that power trading systems, risk management platforms, regulatory compliance systems and market data processing applications used by leading financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Engineering

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications for financial platforms

• Build robust APIs and microservices for real-time market data processing and order management

• Implement solutions for algorithmic trading and risk calculation engines

• Develop and optimise database queries for large-scale financial datasets

  
  

Technical Excellence

• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following industry best practices

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions

  
  

Technical Expertise

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience (Java 8+, Spring Framework)

• Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimisation

• Experience with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and SQL optimisation

• Proficiency in build tools (Maven, Gradle) and version control (Git)

• Understanding of RESTful APIs, messaging systems (JMS, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
