About the role:

We are currently looking for engineer, who will support L2 issues related to Smart Workspace. As Workspace engineer you will work closely with the RUN Team in the Netherlands, support solving incidents, requests and changes. Are you communicative and enterprising? Your future tasks:

• Resolving Incidents within the specified Service Level Agreements
• Investigating and diagnosing Incidents to restore a failed IT Service
• Cooperation with other technical and process teams on various projects

Our Requirements:

• Basic knowledge in the following technologies is a must: M365, Intune
• General knowledge of Cloud
• Very good knowledge of English and Dutch (at least B2 proficiency level for both languages)
• Excellent work organization, attention to details
• Analytical thinking

• IAM/PAM
• Compliance & Security (zero trust)
