Your daily tasks:

• The end-to-end implementation process, which includes communication with a client, migration of their data, setup in the company database, through UAT to go live
• Application of acquired skills, procedures, and decision-making best practices to complete a variety of issues
• Build upon your experience and develop personally in your role
• Internal and External Communication: Trusted to deliver accurate, timely, and thorough responses to routine inquiries in both written and verbal contexts
• Continuous Service Improvement: Identifies opportunities for improvement and spearheads solutions individually/within the role
• Use the appropriate terminology when communicating with internal or external parties.
• Understanding the portfolio of products offered to the client, including their potential presentation and/or training of external parties in them
• Normally follows established procedures on work, requires instructions only on new issues

Our expectation:

• Knowledge of the financial market
• Basic derivatives/financial instruments knowledge
• Experience in financial services (reporting, reconciliation, fund accounting, accounting, general ledger)
• Knowledge of German/French GAAP/ Solvency II/ Advanced Accounting - would be an asset
• Implementation of the software experience is nice to have
• Prior experience with reconciliation is nice to have
• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related and analytical field
• Fluency in English language and French OR German
• A sound understanding of the basic types of Financial Instruments
• Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn.
