  • Drive employee engagement and camaraderie through happy hours and other team activities

What you need to be successful 🥳

  • Strong technical background with a proven track record of successfully leading software engineering teams to build, deploy, and operate cloud-native SaaS products
  • Ability to coach engineers on a variety of skills such as hard, soft, and leadership skills
  • Be able to leverage data and context to determine team performance and areas for improvement
  • A drive to achieve success through others by developing your own team and working cross-functionally
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver timely work in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner with technical attitude, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
  • An intrinsic curiosity and desire to always learn more

Tech stack 🛠

First 12 months of cooperation 🛣
