We collaborate daily with the Meta team on setting the direction for the future growth of the React Native framework, and much more! We are recognized in the React Native Community as contributors to Open Source projects, organizers of React Native EU as well as speakers at international conferences. We also organize regular community meetups in our HQ in Wrocław, Poland.
We are looking for a Lean Six Sigma Lead who will support Operations in standardization and continuous improvement of internal processes and boost its growth, efficiency and transparency.
You will:
- Work in partnership with Head of Operations, Leads and cross functional teams, to identify, assess, evaluate, and implement changes or new business processes using Operational Excellence methodologies and tools within Operations,
- Work on ideas generated from multiple sources and mobilizes around these ideas to quantify their value, implement the improvements that add the most value to the business through both technology and process re-engineering,
- Govern the process from ideation through to implementation and control ensuring project progress is appropriately managed with benefits realized and signed off by the Head of Operations,
- Benchmark externally, ensuring where relevant that best practice and new tools are deployed in collaboration with internal partners,
- Design and implement operations performance metrics,
- Support Leads in playbooks creation - standardization of the internal processes, creation of poka yoke solutions etc.,
- Provide training on CI tools and techniques to help drive teams through CI cycles. You will also coach employees to help them achieve their targets.
Who we are looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in driving cross functional complex improvement projects in service industry (IT, finance, healthcare, commerce, energy, telecom, centers of excellence/shared service centers etc.),
- Experience in operations improvements and transformations in service companies,
- Excellent communication,
- Fluent English,
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems,
- Excellent stakeholder management,
- Expert user of the MS Office suite, especially Excel.
